Soundkeys is provided free of charge for personal, educational, and non-commercial use. You may use it for individual practice, classroom instruction, music demonstration, and any similar lawful purpose.

- Use Soundkeys without creating an account
- Embed or link to soundkeys.org from your own site or social media
- Recommend Soundkeys to students, friends, and colleagues
- Install Soundkeys as a Progressive Web App on any device
3. Prohibited use
You may not:
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, overload, or impair the service
- Republish or rehost the service as your own without permission
- Remove or modify the AdSense advertising code in a way that misrepresents it as your own
- Use the service in any way that violates applicable law
4. Disclaimer of warranties
Soundkeys is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the author shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
6. Third-party content
Soundkeys displays advertisements served by Google AdSense. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content of third-party ads. If you encounter an inappropriate ad, please report it directly to Google.
7. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms — the "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania, the country where the author resides. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Romania.
